Form P-5 renewals only
Online payments for the Form P-5 renewals for oil and gas operators and master metered properties.
Effective August 24, 2015, oil and gas operators and master metered properties doing business in Texas can now submit the fees associated with filing the annual renewal of their Form P-5, Organization Report, to the Railroad Commission of Texas online via www.texas.gov, for a convenience fee. However, the Form P-5 and any required financial assurance renewals must still be submitted in hard copy format.
Note: Oil and gas operators and master metered properties are still required to submit the initial fee to file their first Form P-5 using cash, credit card, cashier’s check or money order. Also note: Financial assurance must be submitted in a cashier’s check, letter of credit or bond.
