Comments received for Various Rules in 16 TAC Chapter 9
The following are comments received by the RRC concerning proposed amendments and new rules in Chapter 9 to implement Senate Bill 1582 and Senate Bill 1668 (87th Legislature, Regular Session, 2021) and to make other clarifications. The comment period ended at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, 6/03/2022. All comments are provided in Adobe Acrobat format.
