Holiday Office Closure

In observance of the Christmas holidays, Railroad Commission of Texas offices will be closed December 23-27. The offices will re-open at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 30 for regular business. Expedited Drilling Permits will be processed within standard processing times. If assistance is needed, please email Drillingpermits-info@rrc.texas.gov.

Additional Fees for Alternative Fuels Licensing, Certification and Compliance Can Now Be Submitted Online

August 24, 2015

Effective August 24, 2015, additional fees for alternative fuels company licensing, individual certifications, and compliance forms can now be submitted to the Railroad Commission of Texas online using www.texas.gov, for a convenience fee.

In addition to credit cards payments, the online payment system now accepts electronic checks.
