April 07, 2022

Under Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) rules, any business licensed to engage in LPG, CNG or LNG activities (licensee) in Texas is required to give RRC-issued certification cards to their certified employees upon receiving them in the mail.

A certified employee is required to make their certificate readily available and present it to any RRC employee or agent who requests proof of certification.

The licensee is advised to maintain a copy of their employees’ certification cards.
