Holiday Office Closure

In observance of the Christmas holidays, Railroad Commission of Texas offices will be closed December 23-27. The offices will re-open at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 30 for regular business. Expedited Drilling Permits will be processed within standard processing times. If assistance is needed, please email Drillingpermits-info@rrc.texas.gov.

Proposed Changes to Form T-4

January 28, 2015

The Railroad Commission of Texas is accepting public comment on proposed revisions to the following forms:  T-4 Form, Application for Permit to Operate A Pipeline in Texas;  Form T-4A –Permit to Operate a Pipeline in Texas; Form T-4B, Pipeline Transfer Certification; and Form T-4C, Pipeline and Gathering System Certification and Renewal Form.  Public comments and proposed revisions will be accepted through Tuesday, February 10, 2015. The draft forms are available online. Use the online comment form to provide input.
